We unexpectedly lost our dog Buddy on Sept 12. We called Over The Valley and were able to bring our dog to them that day. They also offered to pick him up at home as well. We received nothing but compassion and care from them immediately. Buddy was ready to be picked up the next day and once again they also offered to bring us his remains if we wanted. Upon opening the beautiful white bag we found so many extra things were added such as his paw prints, nose print, some fur, cards and they also made a donation to the humane society on behalf of our dog. The cost was very reasonable. A 5 star review is not enough. Thank you Over The Valley for everything. A pet passing is devastating enough but your kindness made it a little easier.

Mike and Natasha went above and beyond for us when our sweet Penny crossed the rainbow bridge. They provided us with compassion and comfort at such a devastating time in our lives. We really didn’t want our sweet girl laying in a freezer for days waiting to be cremated. They were available immediately when we called and had her back to us in less than 24 hours along with the most incredible care package full of mementos of our angel. Thank you so much. We had to unexpectedly say goodbye to our dog yesterday. We already have her back along with so many wonderful keepsakes.
